Autel Elite II Gmail Account Setup Error ‘Username or password is incorrect’ Solution

Sometimes, when you set up your email account on Autel Maxisys Elite II, you will get an error message ‘Username or password is incorrect’ and fails to sign in. Don’t worry! It’s easy to solve. Just allow less secure apps in your Google account.

Step-by-step guide to set up Gmail Account:
Step 1: Set ‘Allow less secure apps’ to ON status
Go to Gmail website
Click the Google account icon
Click your Google account
Select Magage your Google Account>> Security>> Less secure app access>> Turn on ‘Allow less secure apps’

Step 2: Set up email account on Autel Elite II
Click ‘Email’ on Maxisys Elite II


Enter your email address>> NEXT


Enter your password>> NEXT


Choose the account options you need>> NEXT

Creating account…

It will show the account name automatically, you need to enter your name manually (displayed on outgoing message)>> NEXT


Now the Gmail account is set up successfully on Autel Elite II.
